Quick answer: The plates we sell are made at our own factory in Taixing, Jiangsu, China — coating, finishing, cutting and per-batch testing happen under one roof, which is why repeat orders hold the same specification.

Our production lines
Our factory in Taixing, Jiangsu runs the production lines behind CTPPress plates: offset plate coating and finishing, flexo photopolymer plate production, and the plate processing equipment lines — CTP processors, baking ovens and punching equipment. Machines such as platesetters are not built here; they come from partner factories and are covered on the CTP machine page.
From coating to packing
- Coating: the light-sensitive layer is applied to the grained aluminium base under controlled conditions.
- Finishing: plates are cut to size, edges finished and surface inspected.
- Batch testing: each production batch is imaged and processed in-house before packing — coating uniformity, dot reproduction and clean-out behaviour are checked against the grade specification. Production control, not marketing decoration, is what keeps repeat batches consistent.
- Packing: plates are interleaved, boxed and palletised for export, with batch records kept for repeat orders.

Are these really our lines? The evidence of real production is practical: trial plates ship from current production, and repeat orders match the batch you approved.
