Who we are
CTPPress is the export brand of Jiangsu Easypress Co., Ltd., based at the Talent and SCI-tech Centre, High-tech Industrial Park, Taixing, Jiangsu, China. We serve printing houses, packaging converters and printing consumables dealers outside China with plates, plate processing equipment and prepress machinery.
We are a manufacturer, not a catalogue reseller: as a CTP plate manufacturer and flexo plate manufacturer, our offset and flexo plates, plate processors, baking ovens and plate punching equipment are produced at our own factory. For CTP platesetters and flexo imaging machines we work with partner factories whose machines we configure, test with our own plates and support as a complete line. We state this plainly because it is how customers can hold us accountable — the plates are ours, and the machine line is one we stand behind.
What we manufacture
Our printing plate factory in Taixing runs the coating, finishing and cutting lines behind the products below.
- Offset plates: single-layer and double-layer thermal CTP plate, processless thermal CTP plate, CTcP plate, positive PS plate, violet photopolymer plate and polyester plate.
- Flexo plates: analog and digital (LAMS) photopolymer plates, in solvent, water-wash and thermal processing versions.
- Plate processing equipment: CTP plate processors, PS/CTcP processors, plate baking ovens, and plate punching and bending equipment.
- Prepress equipment: thermal and UV CTP platesetters and digital flexo imagers, supplied with partner factories and matched with our plates.

How we work with customers
New customers start with a technical conversation, not a catalogue: send your platesetter or imager model, ink system and plate sizes, and we recommend a grade. Trial plates from current production let you test on your own press before committing to a volume order. Repeat orders are produced against the same specifications, so a plate that worked in month one works the same in month twelve — no batch quality changing after the first order. For equipment buyers we configure the machine, RIP and processor as one line, arrange installation and stay responsible for support and spare parts.
We know the common frustrations of buying plates overseas: suppliers who claim to be factories but are not, slow replies that stall press scheduling, and vague answers about who actually makes the product. So we keep our answers specific and in writing — which lines are made at our own factory, which machines come from partner factories, and what the test conditions behind each number are. If we cannot answer a technical question immediately, we check with production before quoting rather than guessing.
