What to include in your inquiry
The more specific your message, the faster our reply. Useful details:
- Offset plates: your platesetter model, ink type (conventional, UV/LED-UV, coldset), plate size and thickness, monthly usage.
- Flexo plates: analog or digital imaging, processing method (solvent, water-wash, thermal), plate gauge, substrate and ink system.
- Machines: plate format and size list, monthly plate volume, destination port — for a configuration quote including installation.
